MESA NETWORKS ACQUIRES PEAK INTERNET

Frederick, CO - June 28, 2005 Mesa Networks, Inc., a Wireless Internet
Service Provider based out of Frederick, CO, announced today that it has
acquired the Peak Internet Solutions segment of Fundamental Holdings, Corp.
Peak Internet Solutions is an Internet Solutions and Voice over IP provider
based out of Woodland Park, CO.

Peak Internet Solutions has been providing high- speed Internet connectivity
and business solutions to residents and businesses in the greater Colorado
Springs/Woodland Park region for over three years and has most recently
expanded into providing Voice over IP (VoIP) services.

network to expand both the services we are able to provide and the areas in
